Q. Who will look after my work? Who should I speak to for a quote.

A. A dedicated Customer Services Executive will manage your job as it progresses through the factory. This is normally the person who originally gave you your quote.

Q. Can you print my stationary?

A. We can print stationery, however normally the runs we require to be economic for letterheads would be from 50,000. We would not be competitive for business cards.

Q What artwork can you accept?

A. We can accept PDF, QuarkXPress, IN-design and Illustrator. However if you have any other formats, please call us and we may still be able to help.

Q. How much will it cost to print my leaflets/brochure?/Do you have a Price List?

A. Each job will be estimated individually before any work is undertaken. Only when you are happy with your price will we proceed.

Q.How long will it take to print?

A. At the start of each job we will give you a schedule of the anticipated production time. We understand how critical delivery times are, and we will assure you that we will keep to the agreed schedule.
